shipping policy

all orders are packed and shipped monday thru friday only. orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day and shipped out the following monday, unless it is a holiday.

please allow at least up 7-10 business days to process your order as each order is carefully made and packaged for your enjoyment. once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order’s USPS tracking number.

orders are shipped with USPS only. to ensure that your order gets directly in your possession, please make sure you enter your shipping address correctly. If there are any errors made while placing your order, please send an email info@ellemossco.com.

if your package has not been received within 30 days, please contact us as soon as possible.

for local deliveries:

all local deliveries are made on saturdays only. you will receive a text message from us prior to that saturday with information on the date and the time window your local delivery will be made. don't see this option at checkout, contact us, we may make an exception!

return/exchange policy

for whatever reason your candle arrives damaged during shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. we will do our best to ensure your order is handled properly. 

we're now accepting returns! BUT within reason. not happy with your fragrance or something wrong with your products? contact us.

damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
