All orders are packed and shipped Monday thru Friday only. Orders placed on Weekends and Holidays will be processed the following business day.
Please allow 7-10 business days to process your order as each order is carefully made and packaged for your enjoyment. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order’s USPS tracking number.
Orders are shipped with USPS only. To ensure that your order gets directly in your possession, please make sure you enter your shipping address correctly. If there are any errors made while placing your order, please send an email email@example.com.
If your package has not been received within 30 days, please contact us as soon as possible.

For whatever reason your candle arrives damaged during shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to ensure your order is handled properly. At this time, we are not accepting returns or exchanges to follow coronavirus guidelines.
Damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
